Gluten free food at Universal Studios Singapore

I’ve always wanted to visit Universal Studios, and when we were planning our trip to Singapore, I was thrilled to discover they had one! I couldn’t find any information online about gluten-free foodoptions in the park, so I decided to email them.

I received this response:

I was so thankful they had substantial gluten-free food!

Review of the Food
Loui’s NY Pizza Parlor- Located in New York area

When I initially went to the counter, there was some confusion from the server; they said they do not serve gluten-free pasta. I started panicking and showed them the email that I had been sent,
confirming I could have gluten-free pasta. They then took a picture of the email and went to show
the head chef around the back. The relief I felt when the chef confirmed they had the gluten-free
pasta was immense! I was offered tomato Bolognese or mushroom sauce. I went with tomato
Bolognese.

The pasta took about 15 minutes to come, and they informed me that they washed all utensils
before cooking, which was reassuring.

After serving, I asked to have fresh grated cheese rather than the communal one from the shaker to
avoid cross-contamination.

GF Bolognese Pasta

Verdict:
It had a robust, tangy tomato taste. I had to add a lot of cheese to mellow the flavour, but it was
edible.

KT Grill -located in New York Area
This Grill had a few mainly non veg dishes gluten free. I ordered a medium-rare steak. It came with
grilled vegetables and a jacket potato topped with a creamy sauce.
Even if you don’t contact the catering team prior to visiting Universal Studios, you can still enjoy a
meal at KT Grill. I ordered a medium-rare steak, which came with grilled vegetables and a jacket
potato topped with a creamy sauce, without the need to preorder.

Goldilock’s- Far Far Away
I managed to get a delicious berry sorbet from Ben & Jerry’s. They served it in a paper tub after
confirming no allergies were present. I would emphasise the need for no cross-contamination and
ask that they wash the serving spoon prior to serving you.

Berry Berry Extraordinary
